We have been informed that:
- there has been a burglary at a property on Main Street, Langar. Entry was by removal of the locked kitchen window and valuables/ jewellery stolen. Exit was the reverse of entry with the window being replaced.
- the roof lead of the north aisle of Harby church has been stolen. This occurred some time between late Friday night and the early hours of Saturday 15th October.
If any one has any information regarding this incident, please contact Leicestershire constabulary quoting incident number 584 of 15th October 2011.
