A Land Rover Defender was stolen from a property in Croxton Kerrial on Monday night. The method used to access and remove the vehicle suggest that this could be a professional gang of car thieves who may be targetting Land Rover vehicles. Please be extra vigilant and if you own such a vehicle take extra precautions. If possible garage it overnight. If not, try to leave it somewhere well lit or covered by an outside security light. Be aware that in this instance the immobiliser may not be a guarantee against theft!
