Problems with BT Broadband Service - Request for Information

Several Bottesford residents have reported problems with their BT broadband service which are not getting resolved. Through our network we are trying to ascertain how many people are experiencing, or have experienced, such problems. If a significant number of customers are affected, we can try to exert more pressure on BT to put some urgency into solving the problem.
