Important Warning to Dog Owners/Walkers:
There are reports that one dog has died and another is seriously ill after being walked by the Grantham Canal in the Woolsthorpe/Dirty Duck area. It is believed they consumed pieces of bread containing poison. Police are aware. Dog walkers are advised to avoid the area at this time or to keep their dogs on a lead and ensure they eat nothing whilst being walked.
Outbuildings Intruder(s):
Intruder(s) entered unlocked outbuildings at a property close to the Bull Public House. It is not clear if anything of value was taken. Police are aware and this is a timely reminder that external buildings are at risk from opportunistic thieves and residents should take appropriate precautions to secure their property and valuables.
