Two more thefts have been reported from outbuildings in the village. Please take extra precautions to secure your possessions and where possible don't leave valuable items in outbuildings. Bikes and high value tools seem to be the main targets. Also please be extra vigilant - it is possible that potential targets are being identified in advance by persons on seemingly legitimate business in the village. If you have any suspicions about uninvited callers, vehicles touring the area or callers at unoccupied properties please inform the police and NHW. Accurate descriptions of people and registration numbers of their vehicles will help the police to identify and check out your suspicions.
