I am pleased to inform you that as a result of the information we circulated on Wednesday this cash has been re-united with its owner. This was a significant sum of money and the owner is mightily relieved to have it returned. Our thanks to the person who spotted it and handed it in.
This demonstrates so clearly the benefit of the information system that we operate in Bottesford and the wider Vale. In coming months we will be actively seeking to get more residents to sign up to receive the alerts. The more members we have the more effective the information exchange will be. So please mention this to your friends and neighbours. It takes so little effort to sign up to receive the alerts but it makes a real difference to the safety and quality of life in our community.
Today is New Year's Eve, so it is timely to wish all our members a very happy and peaceful New Year. Our thanks to all of you who help make NHW a success.
