Last Wednesday (24/10) sometime between 13.30 and 17.00 a garage on Walnut Road, was broken into. The metal garage door was forced and items moved but nothing was stolen. It looks as though the thieves are looking for specific items. This follows similar break-ins to garden sheds a few weeks ago. It is clear that low security buildings in the village (garden sheds, garages, etc) are being targeted. Please be extra vigilant and where possible take extra precautions to safeguard your possessions.
