Residents may be aware that John Palmer recently stood down from his position as Area Co-ordinator for Normanton due to Ill health. John was one of the original founders of our NHW scheme and has given us many years of committed service. I'm sure all residents in the Parish, not just in Normanton, will join me in thanking John for his considerable contribution to our cause. We will miss that contribution greatly but I am pleased to inform you that Normanton resident Shirley Hennessy has volunteered to fill the vacancy left by John’s departure. I know that Shirley is looking forward to supporting the community in Normanton and the wider Parish. Shirley can be contacted on 01949 842055.
