We have received an unconfirmed report of 5 instances over the last 8 days in which vehicles have been stolen from remote properties and been found burned out later. Some of these are farm type vehicles. These events have happened just over the county border in Nottinghamshire, but close enough for us to advise extra vigilance and precautions where possible. We are seeking confirmation of the report.
