Please be aware that we are currently receiving information regarding cold callers selling 'Community Voice UK' stickers stating 'say no to cold calling' The cold caller is asking for 99p for each sticker.
Information has been received so far from the STAMFORD Area, but cold callers may move onto other areas.
Lincolnshire Police is not aware of this organisation and has not endorsed any such stickers. The placing of the sticker in your property may alert other criminals to a vulnerable/accessible property for future visits.
Please do not purchase or accept the stickers and if you see any properties in your area displaying them, please ask the residents to remove them as soon as possible.
Any further information may be passed on to the Community Safety Dept at Police HQ.
